Spekki Developer Account
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Spekki developer account and any associated tools, documentation, and other resources provided by Spekki (collectively, the "Developer Account"). By accessing or using the Developer Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Developer Account.
Spekki may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and will indicate the effective date of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Developer Account after the effective date of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may use the Developer Account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Developer Account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, accessing or using any Spekki data or content that you are not authorized to access or use. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Developer Account or any servers or networks connected to the Developer Account. You may not use the Developer Account to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code. You may not use the Developer Account to collect or store personal data about other users of the Developer Account.
The Developer Account may contain content that is owned or licensed by Spekki, including text, graphics, images, and other materials (the "Content"). You may not use the Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Spekki. Spekki does not endorse any content created or shared by users of the Developer Account. Spekki is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content created or shared by users of the Developer Account.
The Developer Account is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Spekki makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Developer Account or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Developer Account. Spekki will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Developer Account, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Spekki reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Developer Account at any time and for any reason, without notice. Upon termination of your access to the Developer Account, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate.
These Terms and your use of the Developer Account will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Developer Account will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in the State of California.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spekki and govern your use of the Developer Account, superseding any prior agreements between you and Spekki.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
